First night in USA and we wake up to beautiful sunshine and loads of greenery :-) Photos of the camper to follow!!
... football games. The KOA office is closed today. They take this Thanksgiving holiday seriously here - as a four day weekend. A couple of people have mentioned that it is a bigger occasion than Christmas.
We got settled, then went for groceries, listened to music and relaxed. In honour (honor?) of Thanksgiving we had pre-cooked turkey breast, potato salad, beans and green salad. Pumpkin pie is for dessert.

We went to a coffee shop before heading to the water, and lucked out with a free cup of coffee (we're pretty sure that the guy didn't know how to run the cash register so he just gave it to us.) This place is MASSIVE! It doesn't feel like our hotel is close to much. This is definitely a place where we need the car. After breakfast we decided to book onto a Hollywood Stars home tour via the concierge at out hotel. Whilst waiting for the concierge to come free I think we got hustled (Gill thinks we didn't).
