... know-it-alls is my addition, but I think most would agree to have it added if it were put up for a vote. Now it was time to buy the tickets. This is a very foreign concept for Pat and me. We are used to pre-paying for the Disney trip - We show up at the chosen hotel, receive a ...

We are moving into an RV park about 1 Km away, (that is also another story with a smile) So it is pack up from the room and pack The Castle, and move into the RV lifestyle as from tomorrow. We have one more day at Disneyland and followed by Universal studios. Then it is "hit the Road Jack" or is that Harriet or The Castle or Mandy or or---- GEE I am confused but I guess you guys will be able to sort out what I mean. Love to all
Anaheim, California, United States popusa2008... No illness would stop me from seeing these shows! I didn't really know what to expect with Dreams and Fantasmic!, because I purposely hadn't allowed myself to watch them on the internet before I got to see the real thing. I'm so glad that I didn't too! I loved the fireworks!!! They were great! I couldn't believe how much ...
Anaheim, California, United States becbennett... Town for some more small people things. And we squeezed in all of the rides and all of the attractions here as well - things like Donalds "house", Goofy's house, Minnie's House and Mickey's house. Goofy was around, but not at home. Mickey was in and again, there was no queue to meet him for a few photos. Kind of seems a bit weird to have him cooped up in this dark corner of the park instead of front stage. But it does make you trek to this ...

Therefore, I will be e-mailing my entries to my lovely wife Patricia. She will then be posting them to the blog. I will do my best to send updates as frequently as possible. And so...we begin... Patricia dropped me off at Ontario International Airport on Saturday morning. She pushed me out onto the tarmac and said, "If you get hurt, I'll kick your dead ...
Ontario, California, United States tvpitz... Whilst strolling up the drive past the shops we noticed a couple of guys with big cameras hanging around outside Hermes. I asked who they were stalking and they pointed to Kung Fu legend Jackie Chan just inside the shop. Luckily we had timed walking past the shop just right as within a couple of minutes Mr Chan walked out of the store...bonus! I walked up and asked if I could get a photo which Clare was going to ...
Los Angeles, California, United States pc_out_there... with that person on a deeper level than if I they had tried to speak English with me. I can't really explain it well, but speaking Spanish is a real treat and I got my fill at the kitchen today. Right now (almost 8pm) it's 88 degrees with 32% humidity. I think it got up to 96 degrees today, and I know it was a lot more humid this afternoon. I took a nap and woke up drenched in sweat (remind anyone of Nicaragua?). I think I'm doing pretty well with the heat considering that I ...
Los Angeles, California, United States amcgilli... Maine, I bounced to Minneapolis/St. Paul to visit Nick Hansen and Jason Vandy. TO my suprise, I arrived at Nick's house and there were 9 people staying over for the weekend. I got to see a bunch more friends than I was not expecting to see. It was a fun, chill few days before I hopped to my current location. Santa Monica is a pretty nice place. Just west of downtown LA, it is right on the ocean and there are a rediculous amount of good looking people driving expensive/outrageous ...
Santa Monica, California, United States anderslost... market on the LA Metro (city bus system)... it takes all types to catch a bus and I believe I had a sample of all types when riding this bus ... given that public transport in LA is such a 'pain in the ass', it become a mission for me to catch the bus... I was soon over my mission the moment I stepped up onto the bus... Ethnicity and socio-economics are the buzz words here, races, colours, accents, backgrounds, all coming at you... crammed in, face to face, like sardines in a can ...
