... overall it was still the Disneyland I remembered. As it was Debbie and Liam's first time to Disneyland, I played 'tour guide', but we all had one thing in common; to experience all the rides :) Liam and I went on all the thrill rides, and Debbie joined us for those, well not so fast and furious ;-) Of course I also had to introduce them to 'It's a small world'. So as you can imagine the line for the park and security was very well built up and waiting for the park to open. The good news is that once they started letting people through the crowd dispersed quite quickly.

Lots of us went straight to the "Cars" Fast Pass station only to be told the Cars ride wasn’t working today! Plenty of people were ...

... meant that there were buildings inside, props for pirates, scenes from the movie, Jack Sparrow sitting in piles of gold, a wharf, bridges, swamps and trees. The ride itself was just a boat ride, but the story and the things to see were amazing and very well done.
After a burger and some fries, we caught the train along the Disneyland Railroad which gave us a great snapshot of the park, with a commentary on the things we'd see along the way, including a ...
