Morning walk at the High Line. Park walkway converted from a disused railway track.
Drove south. Stopped for lunch at Mt Laurel.
Then south again to Chesapeake City but couldn't find a room there.
Found an inn at Georgetown called the Kitty Knight Inn. It is supposedly haunted by a good ghost called Knitty Knight. She saved the house and a neighbours house from being burnt down by the British raiders.

Stopped for a drink at a local pub, interesting you can't drink at an outside table unless you order food so yup fry's were ordered. We saw all the navy ships as we entered the inlet I didn't get a good photo but it was cool to see.
Tomorrow we are thinking a trip to Washington so will try for an early night.

When I took off from Charleston on the C-17 there were already issues. The first plane was unable to go on the mission, so we tail swapped to another Jet causing a large delay that got me into Andrews AFB much, much later than I anticipated, around 8pm. Charleston had no planes going to Dover, so my plan was to fly into Andrews ...
