On Tuesday December 23rd we invaded the Garrett household. Matt, Dianna, Jack and Ethan live in Lakewood a western suburb of Denver tucked into the foothills.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a sign hand drawn by Dianna welcoming visitors from the North Country.

      ... re weird up there.

Alex did however lead us on a awesome hike. We started at the Red Rocks trail head, and ended up back there 10 minutes later - fail. On a funnier note the bleachers at Red Rocks should come with a warning. They took vengeance on Sarah's butt with their splintering power. It was pretty funny.

A few notable events that unfolded during our time at Red Rocks include:

... Kind of curious how she would act since she hadnt seen me in almost 4 months. When i got home she saw me and was smiling sooo big, whining alot, and kind of was acting very subdued, like she was confused. She was peeing everywhere as well. She does that when she gets excited. :) it was good to see her too. i missed my girls!

Well, the next few days, i will ...
