Turns out one of the exec chefs just won Top Chef. Exciting, and regardless of recent, popular accolades the food was delicious enough to stand on its own without a TC title.<br><br>Basically Boulder is awesome and I can easily see how people come out here and never leave! ... then tried to go to the Denver Art Museum. Sadly this was closed for absolutely no apparent reason whatsoever. We made do with the small general exhibition at the History of Colorado Museum instead (which Ben&#8217;s parent&#8217;s had actually already seen!) ... day, at least for a short while. So many people involved in the outdoors - the ski resorts, the kayaking, the mountain biking...love it! Pepole seem to be more environmentally conscious, you see more Subarus and small SUVs rather than huge trucks you often see in other states. That's not representative of the state as a whole nor as other states as a whole but definitely parts, just great atmosphere. I will be back!
