      ... ago.. The fit one's did a FAST morning walk - me almost running with the fast pace set by Gene (I had forgotten he had done marathons, walking in the past) and he set a cracking pace.       ... went for the maximum at level 5. I am not sure if this was a good decision as we were thrown all over the place.

      As Shirley hadn't been in the sea yet and we wanted another stop, we jumped out the car at Carlsbad beach! We went down to the sea and stopped very quickly when we realised how cold it was haha! So I think at most our ankles made it into the water!
