    But many many happy memories.

    It was sad to leave our friends @ Germantown, near Washington. Once again, we are reminded how generous people are with their time and hospitality.

    Our journey will now take us in a north-westerley direction with our eventual goal being the Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming before the winter sets in.

    On the way we will meet up with some other friends who we last saw in 2003 in Chad's home ...

    ... and called our friendly roadside assistance for more gas. Our plan allows for 5 gallons of gas. I figured if we could do this several times a day, we could increase our gas mileage considerably.
