It seemed to be mostly Indians rather than Asians in this area, and the suit place was run by Indians as well, and they did a good job of relieving Evan of his money - made sure that Amy & I were comfortable, brought us tea and water etc, had a chat and suggested some places we go visit.

    ... freedoms.. Later that evening I went out again to take some more photos of the protest and find dinner. Because the main food streets were croweded with police, protesters and onlookers, I ended up eating at a spanish tapas restaurant closer to the hostel in an upscale shopping district.     ... and following Helens parents that were rather sparse so after going the wrong way, taking probably three times as long as we should have done and bumping into over excited labradoodle puppy, and helen getting chased by a german shepard we found their house looking very similar to what it had done 25 years ago.
    To eat cheap here you need to eat local so we go plenty of Chinese food noodles and rice for tea at the restaurants that had a bit of English on the menu.

At the top is a plaza and arcade of shops where we grabbed a coffee and pastry while taking in the spectacular panorama of Hong Kong, it's harbour, and Kowloon on the other side.
