    I awoke on my first morning (at 4am sadly), feeling a little more refreshed I sat and had breakfast, a confusing matter when you don't know a thing, but rice noodles with scrambled egg and Chinese tea seemed to do the trick.     ... the bathroom, because even that was designed and interesting. The bar had windows overlooking the Harbour -- too bad they had their blinds down. The menu was an iPad and you had to swipe through the menu. It was really 'fetch'. It was a nice way to cap the evening and my last full day in Hong Kong.
