It's so busy that it's hard to get anywhere quickly. Luckily, there is so much to look at, and so much food to try, you don't want to move too fast.     ... leafy vegetables that seems to be a staple in practically every restaurant. What I couldn't find was spices. No salt anywhere. At all. I don't understand how I could find sugar, yet no salt? So for flavor I added soy sauce. <sigh> Never again will I add soy sauce to tomatoes. Makes them even more acidic.
