    ... of the community. We also explored the Leal Senado Building, the Holy House of Mercy, St. Dominic's Church, and Ruins of St. Paul. Sometime between our explorations, we ate Braised Noodles with Shrimp Roe and deep fried dumplings at Wong Chi Kei. Noodles, shrimp, and dumplings are a part of Cantonese traditional cuisine.

    ... Lady of Penha church, high on a hill, very old, with at least 6 couples having their pre-wedding photos taken in the blazing heat, with the church and gardens as the backdrop.

    ... real butter - what a treat! My Thai prawn salad was very tasty - the waiter cautioned me that it might be a bit hot, but the lemon juice was stronger than the chili. It had noodles and very finely shredded vegetables, and I found it really difficult to eat with a knife and fork, so asked for chopsticks - much more manageable!

    The bathroom experience was equally good - clean, paper in each toilet, soap AND towels to dry your hands! Wow! ...
