Soccer matches (or almost any match) is fun to watch in China because the announcers say "aiyooo!" frequently. Aiyoo is a way of expressing surprise, disgust, pain, etc it is very similar to "oh no!" Our second tourist experience was the city wall which dates back to the Ming dynasty (the last of the feudal dynasties to rule from Nanjing) - our main focus was the Zhong Hoa gate. The wall is vey thick and 35 kms in length. It was used to attract intruders who found themselves trapped between lowered gates and victims of hot oil treatment and other atrocities.
