... we all got sandwiches for lunch. There was a little bit of a wait up at the counter, but it was worth it. The bread was delicious. We also got a seat next to the bakery, so we got to see dough spinning in the oven. There was also a bread-gator next to us. That was awesome. Look at my pictures, you'll see what I mean.

More transportation needed for these old legs so we hopped onto the historic tram F with an all Australian paint job and made our way downtown to the edge of Chinatown. my uncle drove me to the start of a walking track and I ventured along the ridge until I came out in a clearing that overlooked the bay. The next day we went for a stroll at the water front and had a good old fashioned bagel to start the day, but before long the time had come all to quickly to again say our goodbyes, it was worse this time as there isn't a clear time frame until our next meeting.
