    ... the reception area is in the inner courtyard in the middle of the building but there is a domed glass roof over what would have been open to the elements! The lifts are on the outside of the building, they are all glass & steel, Lana was a bit queasy going up in it and looking out into nothing!! They all speak English, to some degree, but with a helluva accent which is hard to understand not like Hungary where there language makes understanding their English so much easier.
