Today just three of us out of our group did the cooking class. First of all we walked from our hotel to look round a local market. Lots of unusual thing for sale, giant courgettes, eels, frogs, turtles, pigs penis... Off to 'The Peak' this morning. It stands at 552 metres behind Hong Kong and offers fantastic views back over the skyscrapers down to Victoria Harbour and Kowloon.
