A Chinese Thanksgiving
... seen this whole situation many times, and started giggling at us walking back to the bathroom. Truly a walk to remember.
We had our own little Thanksgiving dinner with our group at the hotel buffet! I got my turkey, along with some pizza, fried rice, and cheerios. But I wouldn't have had it any other way. Best Thanksgiving I can remember. It's gonna be hard to top Emma's first one with us. That's about it for today! Remember to check out the pictures, and adios kiddos!

That's quite a pavilion you got there
... we were boring. The group thought that "western" meant American. Turns out western just means just anything west of China. It was French bistro, and a fantastic one at that. You wouldn't expect that out of a Chinese French restaurant. I had duck for the first time, with this garlic butter topped over it. If you're ever in Nanchang for the weekend, I highly recommend this place.

Everybody Nanchang tonight
... I think Jackie Chan is following us. I've seen him almost everywhere we've been. I look to my left, Jackie Chan. I look to my right, Jackie Chan. And now he's followed us from Beijing to Nanchang. I don't really know what he wants from us, but before this trip is over, I'm going to find out. Stay tuned for details.

The day went on, we let her play some iPad games, watch some TV, and walk around the hotel room for a little bit, but she didn't seem too interested in anything but her spoon and what was behind the door to the outside world. Nanchang, Chinese but funky
... vers voedsel! Het dorpje was prachtig en liet een goed beeld zien van het oude China. De terugweg ging eveneens wonderlijk soepel. Vandaag lekker rustig aan gedaan en 's avonds naar het station gegaan. Omdat er een algemene vakantie aankomt word het heel druk bij het openbaar vervoer, wij konden dus ook met moeite nog tickets krijgen naar onze volgende bestemming. Het resultaat was een ticket van 2 uur staan en dan slapen. Het was zo druk ...
