We had breakfast late and then rushed slightly to meet Christina for our big day of walking around Shanghai. In the rush I misjudged a posh ceiling to wall cupboard door and opened it painfully on my toe and gashed it. YF who has all the first aid organised put a plaster on it, and I tried to ignore it while I shuffled around Shanghai. I got little sympathy from the kids when I mentioned this, and Adam wondered why I didn't normally get injured opening doors back ...

... little less developed, but it seemed sort of exciting at the time. Eric didn't really seem to know where he was going so he put us in a cab... I thought this was a bit annoying cause I would never find my way tomorrow.

... it’s hanging in the air, and with the pollution too I think it’s added to the severity. For around 6 weeks now I’ve been sniffing & sneezing all the time, not pleasant.

Today I start a fitness campaign and aim to eat more healthily & drink a little less…. Off to Heyrobics tonight to start it all off. More walking and cycling will help, and the warmer weather to make eating sald a little more inviting!
