... everything on my own was surprisingly easy, and the arrival to the hotel was very smoothly. Although the bus took very long, it was extremely cheap (not even 3 euros for a 45-minute ride). I entered the hotel feeling pretty good about myself, not knowing that the night ahead would be less pleasant.

As Jules was not around, our taxi driver insisted waiting for us to get out of the rain, as we couldn't properly explain where we were supposed to go. ... apartment" on the 36th floor of a boiling hot and humid building (photo in my profile of the view from my balcony). I thought I would be uncomfortably warm for the next month or so until it cools off in this city..... until I found the air conditioner! So I am comfortable and about to relax after a long 13hr travel day.
