Again, we woke up around 4 AM. At least we were able to sleep for a good 12 or 13 hours to try to combat this pesky jet lag. Our day started by waiting in our apartment until normal business hours (around 8 AM) for businesses to open. We killed the time by watching the elderly people in our neighborhood perform tai chi near the tennis court behind our building. A film crew for Japanese television is filming in some areas of the ship.

In every edition of the ship`s Daily Programme is a notice advising us that jogging and power walking on the Promenade Deck is not permitted before 8:00 am or after 8:00 pm as this disturbs guests sleeping below. Must be some heavy joggers and power-walkers around.
