... at different temperatures so you could hop from one pool to the next. It was nice to be able to lay out and get some sun. We had a great time before we had to go get things packed up and get ready to head back to Taichung. It was a short stay on the island but it was a nice getaway from the city. It would be nice to go back to spend a little more time on the island and have a chance to explore. We will see if I make it back.

... said my good byes. I stepped out into a dark street void of the day time hustle and bustle of scooters and cars going about. In the darkness I walked to find a large tree all lit up with lights. After talking with family and then this experience I have had the best possible Christmas away from family and friends. Even with the thoughts of missing home.
