On the list of things I knew I wanted to accomplish on this journey was to attend a meditation retreat. It was not until I met Regina the Brazilian UN negotiator that I met in Selcuk, Turkey that I had inkling as to which program I would pursue. She nonchalantly introduced me to Dhamma.org which teaches Vipassna meditation.
