      ... on food each day as we don't want to get any more out (That and there aren't ATMs in cherating) were allowed 15ringgit for breakfast, lunch and dinner, easily accomplished when breakfast is about 3 and dinners are around 5. 15 ringgit is 3 btw. Totes amaze.

      ... our apartment. It was a brilliant day. We decided to got to Low Yat Plaza to dosome shopping so we made our way there. We ended up shopping around and bought 2 tripods, 3 camerastraps, A USB drive and a video adapter. The guy who bought the video adapter from was bizarre.       ... gate keeper of the temple, for donation and upkeep of the temple. These cluster of caves itself is said to be at least 500 million years old. Only in the last 50 years or so, this temple was discovered by a local Indian man and till date, he runs and manages that temple.

      I loved Cherating. I don't know why. It was a really small town, more village size actually. It was the most expensive place we've stayed so far and there is nothing to do there. But it is a really laid back kind of place: it's surfers heaven during the monsoon season. The people are really nice here (even though that's not hard: the Malaysians are really nice anyway) and it's just a great place.
