So before I left Dahab I went and got a massage. I didn't mention anything about leaving later that night. As I was sitting in the bus to Cairo waiting to leave the bus station I look up to see a guy waving at me. I didn't recognize him but then he said I was in his shop earlier. ... the amount of papyrus writings recovered from tombs. The lady doing the demonstrating also gave us some tips on how to tell the difference between the real stuff (that they sell) and the fake stuff (which is pretty much anything you buy on the street). Some of the paintings were magnificent, and included some made with glow in the dark ink!
At some point we stopped for a buffet lunch, but I can't remember exactly when in the day it was - blame the heat frying ...
