    ... liberal things, it is not to say the animals were treated any worst. Contrary to that, I would say the animals here had it plenty better than in the zoos back home. Although I was able to throw meat at the Tigers from a far, or nuts to the monkeys from above, their spaces were much bigger than what I’ve seen back home.     ... the water leaks and a hole to the outside by my air conditioner, there's no way to stop the rodent traffic. The librarian saw one run across the floor during school - thankfully, the kids didn't see it.
    Lesson learned - store ALL food in plastic bins. Then Friday, another student had a birthday and the amazing birthday cake came in at noon for an afternoon celebration. I put on the back table and just took the cover off a few minutes before the class came in. ...
