... stop at Walmart, then back "home". Bob has divided the box of Hatch Chile Peppers into 11 bags and I'm writing this and doing one last load of clothes. After dinner, we'll start packing up so we can pull out of here about 9 tomorrow morning heading back into the heat, tomorrow night back in Fort Stockton, TX. It's been a good almost 2 weeks, for the most part the weather has been good and we have seen some beautiful parts of God's creation. ...

... amp; Linda are leaving early tomorrow morning so we went out to dinner tonight. We went to a very nice Italian restaurant. When I say very nice, I mean VERY nice ($$$), The food was very good and I even found something without cheese. Bob said you can tell the difference in Italian restaurants and upscale Italian restaurants-look at the menu to see if they have Spaghetti and meatballs-this one did not! It ...

I don't care what Camping World says, somehow water comes in under the living slide! It rained while we were out and when we returned, I stepped in a puddle. ... everything is finished, so we didn't get to see that part. Linda & Ronny told us that during Old Lincoln Days (the first full weekend in Aug) there so many people in this small town it's really hard to get around. Just realized that I didn't really get pictures of the outside of the building, so guess we'll have to go back to get some more. So this is where Billy the Kid escaped from jail and was killed. I told Bob this makes me want to visit Hico, TX which claims that ...

... It belongs to the Mescalero Apache Indians. Guess after what the white man did to them, they are getting their revenge! We had thought about playing a round of golf there, but it cost $95, yes you read that right NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS!! They are having a special during Sep, on Sun & Mon, it's only $60. We went into the casino and I lost $4.85, Bob won $32 and Ronny won $128. So all in all it wasn't a wasted trip.
