    ... The restaurants here are great - the only issue I have is that the menus are HUGE - soooo many choices - it takes you about half an hour to read it! After dinner, we went to the sound and light show where areas of the fortress were lit up on time to music - you'd think it was tacky, but it was actually quite well done.     ... by dog care, very big dogs! Luckily they were able to take a few of us to the supermarket, which meant decent food to be had again.

    ... this day with the pack animals. The wrangler had them tied in a line with lead ropes affixed from their halters to the pack saddle on the animal in front. There was a sharp turn in the trail to navigate around a fair sized rock. The middle pack horse failed to make the bend around the rock and was pulled into and on to the rock.
