We went back to our camp site, started a fire and grilled some delish pork chops and corn on the cobb. Half way through dinner it started pouring with rain again! We raced back inside. The rain didn't last too long but by then I'd changed into dry clothes and was too tired to go back out again. We called it a night.

After a grueling five days of driving, it was time to find a nice campground and hang out for a few days. My plan was to stay at the state park on the beach near Destin. But the polar vortex spoiled things, so I found an RV park near Pensacola instead. ... oyster bar, shroom chocolate party favors (neither of us knew about these till after we left), and everyone in costume. However, in the movies everyone looks like they are having the time of their life. It wasn't not fun, but maybe just not our scene... I think there just wasn't enough dancing. ... I wanted so much to reach over the counter and grab the guy and let out my frustrations, I didn't want to walk a distance from the hotel for change I was sure was in the draw. Maybe he saw the way I was looking at him, and he said the vending machines might distribute change for my dollar bills. They'd better.
