    ... several power failures) Vicki tried on several rings - came away not buying - was fun experience. Van back to Patong - and headed for the pool. It was "happy hour - 2 for 1 - so we decided to live "on the edge" and have a banana Rama each - too creamy for me.
    After a lazy swim , pool temp is perfect we decided we go for a stroll along the beach - which at 6.30 was packed with para gliders and swimmers. Sunset was beautiful - amazing facing west ...
