      ... friends. Without doubt if you have a spare 3 weeks it is something that you shouldn't think twice about doing!! We lie writing this around our hotel pool in Phuket (Wednesday / hump day is the worst). Just a day and a half spent here. Tommorow morning we fly to Bali for a week where we are so so excited for.       ... next to a bar and a pancake was much quieter here but still quite busy. We chilled, dosed and read and without moving we feasted on King Prawns, corn on the cob, breaded chicken and fresh fruit shakes. The beach hawkers were all characters and the food was so good.       ... Maoi, which is one the ladies I grew a special bond with, noticed me straight away! she ran up to me, yelling tiff! tiff ! and then Tip, Sam, Kaunbi, San, and other came out. They all remember who I was, and it was the greatest feeling. I started to tear up whilst hugging them, they are the nicest people I have ever met in my life and I will never forget them.       ... I was so glad when it was over. All I wanted to do was jump into the water, but we had to do a cool down and then I went back to gym to get my stuff.
