Beautiful water. Great for snorkeling. Market at the hotel but no atm so bring plenty of cash! Wonderful seafood restaurant just down the beach. Nice pool for kids

As I was walking to the door, I saw two old ladies and a middle-aged woman get out of a car and start walking to the church. One of the old ladies had on 3 inch heels and the middle-aged woman had on the same or higher heels with a short skirt. As people were filing in, I noticed other ...

Yesterday I was the happiest I have been since arriving here on the island and was basking in all that I am thankful for. Megan and I had planned a Thanksgiving lunch for our friends to experience our tradition of the holiday. I am very much trying to continue with my “YES!” attitude, which of course has been ...

... days that I feel alone in the world is that before I arrived here, they too had a life which they must continue to live. I need to accept the calm and quiet of the days spent at home or on my own, and cherish the time that I am allotted with these people I now consider part of my family.

For those who worry about me, I am doing wonderfully fine and am appreciating this experience each day with its highs and lows. You may not recognize me, in body and ...

I'm not sure who else is with me on this, but verb tenses in ANY language are confusing...

I have finally sat down to work on conjugation, after putting it off WAY to long, and I had to start with defining what each of the tenses refer to. Learning a first language comes almost innately because it surrounds you. But when you get to an age where you know one language and ...
