... high country. We will be staying one more night in Canada and then should be in Montana by day after tomorrow. We saw some beautiful elk and buffalo herds, but they were fenced in on ranches. Nothing else to write about. Only took pictures of wheat fields today. Sorry about the travelpod yesterday. I was having trouble uploading my pictures and then after sending, I noticed that I sent it twice. Oh well.

Beaverlodge, Alberta, Canada calvin.latha... crashing in my lean-back front seat, but I’m probably as comfortable as anyone there, they with their fifth-wheels and satellite dishes, bacon and eggs, chips and salsa… oops! No, that’s me. Sometimes I even got a site with power and fire up the old black box here, just like home. I don’t think the aurora borealis is going to happen for me, but things could be worse. Of ...
Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada hardiek... myself between the sounds and open wide to suck it in, I feel it move across my skin. I'm reaching up and reaching out, I'm reaching for the random or what ever will bewilder me. And following our will and wind we may just go where no one's been. We'll ride the spiral to the end and may just go where no one's been. Spiral out. Keep going, going...
Spirit River Alberta, Alberta, Canada gunslinger22... cooked up some steaks anyways and ate those instead. I guess that just means more leftovers for me. After all that hype, no one appreciated it at all-- well at least not at dinner where getting them to try the homemade guacamole and chili renellos was impossible. Would you believe the next day they did try it? Loved it? Then ate all my leftovers!
Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada aszliross"This afternoon, we walked to a Salvation Army Food Bank/ Soup Kitchen to offer a hand. We ate there first, the soup was good once I put a dash of chili powder in it. Boy do I ever miss spice." At the time, and even now, I thought it was really odd that we would eat first. There were certainly enough legitimately hungry people, and we certainly could have brought food in order not to further ...

Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada aszliross... they were all auctioned off. We were instructed to buy as many of the most important 'values' we could. It was interesting to see the differences between the group, what was hotly contested, and what was abandoned without a fight. Of the ten our group had decided were the most important, we got seven. In the end, we even had some money left over so we could have gone higher on some-- in the auction setting it was ...
