... very funky smell. The guy on reception was really lovely and was trying to get me and Noel to go out with hi for drinks. As soon as we arrived the heavens opened and torrential rain started. Once it had eased we walked back to Cenang Beach road. We went to the duty free shop bought some champagne which was about £15 cheaper than back home. £28 for Bollinger instead of £44. ... The flight was pretty horrible, but only 8 hours so not bad, and we both managed to get some sleep. I was once again so thankful that we had destroyed my memory foam pillow in England so that it could become our camping pillow. First we used half the pillow each and then a quarter.
