We were back on the ship by about 2 pm a bit late for lunch but definitely ready for a break.

After Dinner we had seen the show, seen the film and so decided to practice some bridge bidding, so absorbed were we that we forgot to go to dancing at 9.45. The clock goes back tonight so an extra hours sleep tonight or alternatively and extra hour in the gym. We now have 2 days at sea as we sail due west to Sri Lanka.

We headed down the road to find ourselves some breakfast for a reasonable rate. A few doors down we arrived at the breakfast bar. It did what it said on the tin and quite cheaply may I add. So after our morning hit of ...

... there are no sun umbrellas or sun loungers. The lack of umbrellas is a bit of a worry as there is little shade unless you sit inside. The hotel does have a cool pool, over looking the sea and we do have a cooling swim.

By the end of the day we have arranged a hire car online, I don't think we will be spending much time in the hotel!
