WOW...Kuala Lumpur has been amazing! We arrived in the evening, found somewhere to stay and then headed straight to Chinatown to browse through the markets. It was quite late and so the stalls were closing up but we were stunned by all of the lanterns hanging above us, it looked beautiful! We 'accidentally' found ourselves at McDonald's for a cheeseburger which ended up being a chicken nugget meal and chips with an extra cheeseburger (oops!) and then went back to our room to ...

So 8:30am comes around and I'm standing by the hostel sign on the side of the road waiting for the bus. 8:40 comes, no bus. 8:50, ditto. I'm not too worried though; buses in Malaysia sometimes ...
Stayed on site today as needed to relax. Last day in KL will be sorry to leave but looking forward to new adventures. Did on line booking for flight tomorrow and had a short walk round taking more photos as we went. Went back to room had a problem with toilet cistern leaking so reported it but although eventually someone came and supposedly mended it it still was leaking quite badly. This was the first and only time we went down for ...
