    ... over here, where tradition sees young men and women writing their name and number on an orange and then throwing them into a river (or in this case, a man made pool in a mall) and then in theory the oranges are plucked out at random and love happens!! I feel so lucky to have experienced these international festivals... Easter in Italy, Diwali in India, Chinese new year in Malaysia... Maybe this year I'll go to Lapland for Xmas...     ... and we saw how the mugs, wine glasses, tea pot, are all individually hand made. You can see why the pewter things are so expensive. I'll have to take better care of my pewter champagne flutes. Maybe, we can get something from there when we are on our way back home for Christmas, as we will fly out of KL to get home. The shopping in KL seems very good as well, with all the brand clothes, shoes, bags. I'll have to have a better look next ...

    ... restaurant on the way back to my hostel. It was difficult to find a restaurant that was popular on a Sunday night so I ended up dining at the most expensive restaurant in the street and paying the most (RM40) I've paid for a meal on this trip. Coincidently, it was the cleanest restaurant I've eaten at on this trip. The food was delicious though and it's little wonder that the restaurant is franchised all over the world.
