... as the locals call it, is an open air opera theater that is actually built inside the shell of an actual Romanesque styled colosseum that dates back to 30AD. ... to upgrade our hire car to a Classic Italian Alfa Romeo Giuletta ( or similar) was a complete wast of time and we ended up with a citroen C3 Picasso. Not at all similar !! I will be taking this up with the hire company on our return. Other than that it has been a fantastic ten days which as Kate keeps on reminding me was all booked by her.... Except the car hire! We said goodbye to the baby sitters, Uncle Anthony (Jungle Gym) and Aunty Tracy (Just a Girl). They went to Florence for 4 days, Tuscany region. Thanks again to them for popping round to baby sit.
