    ... and our planes left just 5 mins and 3 gates apart. His flight is only an hour while mine is 9 hrs 30 mins!

    Pilot said to expect 10 degrees C on landing! Now where is my long sleeve sweater? On top of my checked in bag of course as I knew that it will be much colder around 11.45 pm to midnight when I expect to exit the terminal.

    ... Kuala Lumpur, picked up our rucksacks immediately, walked to the airport hotel and stood in stunned silence. It was incredible and we were seriously underdressed in our traveller clothes.
