A chimney that was built in the early 1900's, that no one really knows the purpose of, the beaches are good, the war cemetery is moving, more than 3000 graves and over half contain remains that are not identified.     Last night's trip out to Asia Jaya gave me a perspective on suburban Kuala Lumpar. Often it is interesting to see the make up of the outskirts if big cities away from the skyscrapers and shopping malls.

    ... for a productive day the next day -as we only had 2 days in Kuala. Lumpur we wanted to pack as much in as possible!! The air-com wasn't working in our tiny room, so obviously I complained but it was 2am so too late to move elsewhere so I managed to get us half our money back which was good as accommodation was a lot more expensive here than in Vietnam and Cambodia!
