A street in hilly Lefkara. Not much traffic despite the fact that the village is supposed to be a touristy spot, famous for its lace and silverwork. So there is no reason why you wouldn't sit down in the street. But why are the chairs I see outside always empty?

... Who knew the bus schedule was different on Sunday right?...LOL. I was so tired from not sleeping two nights ago and then walking around all day yesterday at Paphos with ~50lbs backpack. I probably walked ~6.5mi in 90+ degree heat. I was soaking wet and utterly exhausted. I have never walked and been so tired and have my feet sore, but it was probably the extra weight from my pack and the temperature.

The beautiful floor mosaics in the House of Dionysus, the gold of wine, were found by accident in 1962 by a farmer ploughing his field. Several are preserved in their entirety, while only fragments remain of others.

The new menu is indeed interesting and Giovanni has set impressive standards. I knew the restaurant as a good one, but I found it outstanding now.

People prefer it because of its unparalleled service, fine quality ingredients, and good value for money. I highly recommend it for a friendly gathering, a romantic outing or a special occasion. ...
