April 29th (Tuesday)

Niaya, Jamala, and I sat in the same row on our flight to Seoul! We had leg room! So much better than most flights I had been on.

When we got to Seoul, we brought t-money cards (Korean subway card) to go to our hostel. The subway was so more wider than the one in Beijing. Within two stops, the train stopped. We panicked until we saw that workers came on to mop the floor. Then, the train ...

4. I find it appropriate to make the most inappropriate comments and be ...

On Saturday, we moved from Shinchon hostel in Shinchon to the Jogyesa Temple's International Zen Center in Insa-dong. It is a new branch of the International Zen Center and will not be opened to the general public for some months; we're the first people to stay here besides some children monks who are staying on a floor to themselves. The place is really nice and right next to the Jogyesa Temple so we can hear ...
