We had a wonderful time, indeed we have memories for a lifetime. Still, I was happy to be heading home. I missed Mr. Frank and my puppy!

Ahh ... the ryokan. I'd been looking forward to this throughout the trip. Our choice, Taki no Yu (Taki = waterfall; Yu = hot water/spring) is on a hillside very close to in-town Aizu. However, the secluded setting and naturalistic views makes you feel miles away.
