    ... no matter the reason. The train provided a great, quick way to see lots of Taiwan too. Upon arriving in Chiayi we realized it was raining, which is always a bummer for travelers. The high-speed train is about 30 minute shuttle ride outside of the city, so we jumped on that, free, shuttle into town. It was still raining (seriously, what a drag), when we got off the shuttle.
