... brought could stay, we had one in each car. So, if we now had all the extra space in the cars created by leaving one suitcase and a few other items, how come the cars were still fuller for the journey home, than the one down here? How does that work?

Anyway, before we left town, there was just time for The WAG to drop one more clanger, as usual, she hadn't realised what she'd done, until the old boy pointed it out.

That being said, this place is stunning, a very similar lake to Como, but more modern and much more lively. The promenade along the lake front is full of manicured gardens, full of sculptures and other art, paddle boats, ferries, hire boats etc. Lugano itself is a decent sized city and has some ...

... And they got paid, too.

We happily returned to the hotel to pack and go. But there was one final sting in the tale.

Whilst the GLW was sorting things out in Red in the hotel car park, a large black BMW parked alongside made a dreadful hash of reversing out of its space, and managed to scrape along the back of Red. Understandably flustered by the incident, the GLW dropped the pile of things she was holding. Including the satnav. Red was fine, the BMW ...
