I was full of high expectations having read the reviews but now wonder whether Erkan wrote them himself!!
I e-mailed Erkan twice to ensure that we had interconnecting rooms with a third bed in the room as this was important to me with three children.
He assured me this had been booked, so imagine my disappointment when we were given rooms at the opposite ends of the corridor. We were told it was only for one night.
The next morning there was a different chap at reception he told us there were no interconnecting rooms available! I stayed in the reception all morning waiting for Erkan I was told he would be there at 10:30 ; then at 12:30 and then 14:30, he was an elusive character!!! We then went for lunch by the time we came back the room had been changed but no sign of Erkan or an apology.(Talking to other peope we were not the only ones!!)
The next morning I went to enquire about a hire car ,I had e-mailed Erkan about this. They said it would take a day to organise. They gave me no choice of car or price, but I knew the average price was £20.
The next morning the car was not ready , they kept asking me to come back . Evantually they presented with a ford fiesta for £25.
I explained about the e-mail and the prices but there was no budging in the end I refused the car and called Green rent a car from my room, they came immediatley to the hotel with a brand new ford fiesta for £20!

I am so sad to see this message here, We are open over 6 years and we are first aim is provide the best service to our customers.
We have over 60 % repeat customers and this is groving every year.
I would like to some answers to your complain.
We are nearly 18 hours at the hotel. All my staff I belive work very hard to make happy our customers.
You have asked the car and we have told you the car price and you have accepted but then you have found somewhere car in a not good condition lower than our price. and you have cancelled the car wihout teling us and we didnt want and money from you in the front
Also All my customers know me and staff.
We not sell only room, We are try to our customer feel at home. Smiling and hospitality.
All the time I tried to speak to you but if you remember you just turned your face and walked away. I am sorry but in 6 yeard anybody didnt do this for me. I am so upset with this,
However If we done something wrong we do apologize and we most welcome to you in our hotel and North Cyprus.
Ps. I am not writing all those message if you check our websites you will see many our customers message picture.
