      It was a quiet night on the harbour. After breakfast we walked on the beach with Logan, he was very wound up by all the local cats, sometimes he's like a dog possessed!
      Before setting out for the day, we enjoyed coffee sat out on a bench on the harbour side.

      ... deep gorges, by the middle of the afternoon we turned off the main road and dropped down the side if a gorge, at one point it was so tight you could have touched both sides, however you would have got wet feet in the river. It's amazing how the roads are cut into the hillsides. Passing through a very narrow road in a village the overhanging balconies had their height painted on them, luckily the lowest was 3.5 metres.

      We walked into town, three tasks to complete this morning, we are looking for a launderette, a copy shop and a supermarket. Wandering through the pleasant town we find a copy shop/ computer/ stationary shop. The owner printed off our documents with a bit if help from Les in sorting out which format they were in. There was a supermarket close by but it was a long way to carry the shopping back so we thought we would find one once we had set off, where we Gould park close by. ...

      ... distance we can see some old stone buildings and in places the hillsides are terraced. Our path took us across to another bay before starting to climb up through the terraces. There aren't any way markers informing you how far to the next point if interest of even how long the path is, do after a couple of hours we decided we should turn back.       ... ours runs a trekking company, Nepal Myths and Mountain Trails, once a year he organises a medical camp in the Sherpa area where he originates from. We will be going to assist with that.
