AMAZING HOTEL! Get there and visit while it is still new and everything is pristine. I was in awe when we entered the room and saw all of the extra features they provided. The pool is huge and the staff is outstanding. The Casino is not Vegas style like advertised, but still better than nothing. Would return just for the hotel.

My husband & I have visited the Hard Rock twice. Ist time was opening weekend, very hectic & unorganized. Once we finally got to our room, we were amazed! Our suite, on the 9th floor, overlooking the pool area was beautiful! Nice balcony, though you have to stand up to look over it as it is a solid wall. The furnishings were very comfortable & hip/chic. W even had an electric guitar (non working) on a stand @ the end of the bed! There was much attention to detail everywhere I looked!

We stayed in a regular room the last visit & it was also just lovely! It is one of the nicest, new hotels I have ever stayed at & being a travel agent I have been to numerous hotels!

Pool area is fun & different also!

As far as the food & gambling go, well I wasn't impressed there

We recently went to visit the Hard Rock to spend the day, have dinner and gamble and were pleasantly surprised. We weren't expecting it to be what we experience in Vegas but we were wrong. The hotel is decorated very nice and the restaurants are good. The Hard Rock Cafe was delicious and fast service. It is on the small side but all of the memorabilia is there. All staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is large and very tropical in decor. The casino was bigger than we expected and lots of choices on machines. They are all paper receipt which is ok. They still make coin sounds. But I have to say the machines were tight. Didn't see anyone winning any big money. The players club does give you $20.00 to start out. The casino was very busy. Even though we spent the afternoon gambling, our comps were only worth $2.50 ??? We will be sure to visit again. It was fun.

Having called for a last minute reservation Friday for a Saturday night stay, we were suprised to be able to make a reservation for $98. From the minute we set foot in the lobby, we were impressed. The facilities are as nice as anything you would find in Las Vegas. The machines are a little different and somewhat tight (they have to pay for that beautiful place!), but they are still entertaining once you get used to them. We can't say enough about the beautiful, beautiful room - exquisite! Even better when we found out upon checkout that we were being comped because of some inconvenience when we checked in (we were there the same day as the last person reviewing when the lady was on the 8th floor throwing things off the balcony). It was definitely worth the 1-1/2 hour drive and we will be going back.

The rooms were exceptionally nice and comfortable, but I think they have a long way to go to earn their 4 stars. There was more than one occurance in which the employees were snobby and rude and the $100 dinner we had at the Hard Rock Cafe was mediocre at best. I saw in several places that it was advertised that they had a blockbuster entertainment and shopping complex adjacent to the hotel and we were disappointed to see that it was nowhere near completion. I told the person at check out of my concerns, but offered nothing more than his personal apology. I was expecting a Las Vegas caliber hotel, and was disappointed, although it was a beautiful atmosphere.

I use trip advisor to learn about travel and hotel plans not the payoff of machines... The hotel and pool are beautiful and it has plans to grow. Since it is brand new it is clean and refreshing!

Honestly, I was a bit skeptacle about staying at the resort simply because we had such a great rate. Who can beat $89 per night at a four star resort? I have so much to say that you might think I work here but I don't nor did I ever. But after our trip I even thought about it because it was a spectacular place.

We decided to spend one night for our wedding anniversary here. The place was huge, which give us a lot to look at and enjoy. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth hospitality, especially at the concierge desk. They sent us a anniversary gift which was totally delicious. We played a few games in the casino, too bad we didn't leave with stuff pockets. You win some, you lose some. They even had a food court! We got pizza. We even signed up with some sort of rewards club, got free t-shirts. We decided to call it a night, that's when we opened our room door and saw the surprise, absolutely delicious, chocolate strawberries. The room was only a deluxe, but we couldn't believe it. It was beautiful, we took a long bath (which fit us both). I've never seen a room like this before. It was hard to leave. Not only do we encourage you to visit but we're actually going again next month. We're planning to reserve it also for my brother as a wedding gift for him and his wife. By the way, I thought because of the casino, it would be loud, but not true. We slept comfortably. No noise and we were on the 4th floor. Obviously the price was a promotion, but we didn't wait long for it to end. There was so much more to do that we didn't get a chance since we only stayed for one night. That won't happen again. I give this place two thumbs up!

This hotel was fantastic. We booked last minute and got a great rate and on arrival were upgraded to a deluxe room because the regular room was not yet available. The service was excellent, all staff were friendly and our room was superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to revisit. It is definitely 4 star. Only negative was no free drinks while gambling.

Great service and rooms are very nice and large. Similar to a Vegas style resort but in South FL. Rooms tend to be a bit expensive but you get what you pay for at this resort.
