... of transport, we were back on the bus for our visit to Ulli's (farm owner) farm. Switzerland farming is very small in size 16 hectares. The maximum head of cattle is 60 the farm we visited had 15. The Swiss cows are beautiful, big and brown with the biggest brown eyes and fluffy ears. Apparently all the trees are chestnut trees! Found the roasted chestnut sellers too. Apparently they are everywhere during summer. Since it was winter, the trees were bare.
Swiss use chestnuts to make this chestnut-paste dessert pressed out in spaghetti-like strings... pictures later...
