... to a railway museum and featured a collection of locomotives some dating back to 1891.
Everyone said they would have preferred to go back again on the train but the coaches had driven to Ambarawa to collect us and take back to the ship, complete with our police escort.
A wonderful experience absorbing the natural beauty of Indonesia.
This trip also brought back memories from my business trips to Indonesia several years ago.

... of religious beliefs, ethnicities, and cultures. Our tour today took us on a 2 hour drive to Borobudur. We had a police escort on this tour - I wondered why we needed it - the explanation was that the traffic was so bad we had to have them to clear the way for our coaches. It was quite interesting. They chained position or order often ad sped us down the roadways with lights flashing and occasional sirens - the traffic just cleared out of our way.

Merry Christmas!!!!!!!
Although I have been living in NZ for about 3 years, as a Chinese, I still cannot get into Christmas part from a reason to meet friends and have dinner. However, this year, I experienced a different Christmas with my Christian host family,
I got up at around 5am and went to a church nearby. everyone attended dressed up ...
