Here we went to see an olive press museum, then walked down and saw a traditional ceramic maker. We saw how he made his pots and jars. We then got back on the bus and left that village and went to another village. Here we went to a distillery museum, where we got to do some tastings of the product, hear about the history and see some of ...

Here i checked out and then walked from the hotel to the ferry terminal building. It was a nice walk along the waterfront. I got to the ferry building and it was ...

Although we spent most of the day in the car (NOT snorkeling, which was the original idea, but well-ruined by the furious winds), we both felt we'd release a bit of our inner Indiana Jones and were none the worse for the wear. Moussaka (for me) at Popi's Grill (safely back in Naxos Town), est. 1948, was delicious while we watched the Greeks beat the Russians in the Euro Cup. The wind may have kept us out of the sea, but it didn't keep us from having a good ...
