Bruce finally achieved his ambition to go swimming in the Aegean Sea - about 6.30pm we found a beach with a lot of other bathers and he waded in and had his swim. His verdict - warm and very salty - but he enjoyed the experience.

Left Athens with sadness in our hearts as we boarded the 5 and a half boat trip to The Island of Mykonos...not really we were pumped as and couldn't get on the 7am boat ride quick enough and leave Athens long long behind us.
