... as it explained what had happened and made me believe that the engine was actually still being supplied with both oil and water so probably was not damaged. I also have spares, and since it was only 1 PM I figured I could go ahead with an ‘at sea’ repair job in the calm seas (would not want to do this at night or in heavy seas, but the conditions were still perfect and we were happily chugging along under one engine at 5 knots). Out come the tools!

We went to the Chenag Beach again today. The humidity here is unreal. We wrote some things in the sand with shells. ... Beach for coffee and dinner.
Cenang Beach is where tourists stay but I was pleased we hadn't as it was a little crowded with shops selling flip flops and tourist gifts, but the much needed coffee and food was good.

When it turned dark it started to rain and throw down some heavy thunder and lightening so having Lula was better than a scooter was a nice drive back towards the hotel and the lightening was impressive.
