... at the seven sisters, seven hills, flowing with grass, that allow you to really encapsulate the white cliffs. The sunset was perfect and this was really good.


We reached Brighton and I was mortified to see that, stretched along the front and pier of this little seaside community were arcade games. Apparently that's how the English do beaches: the surf is so bad they play tacky arcade games instead. We drove along the crowded strand area looking for somewhere to stay. ...

* Drove Triad hire car to the Millennium Seed Bank, Wakehurst Place with the two Swedish students, Sebastian and Emily. Set off shortly after 6am and only just got there in time for the start of the course at 10am! Ann and Donna (Chartwell) and Deanne (Montecute/Morocco) were also on the course so there was lots of catching up! Course finished at 12pm, so we had time to explore the gardens of Wakehurst place in the afternoon before heading back to ...

... one part as my bedside rug and the other to go under my feet in the passenger side of the cab! (shoeless of course!). We have also now got some very cool voile curtains for the seating area. Getting the curtain rods in place was fun - not! Monty has some smart reflective markings on his tow bar, and new carpet in the living area.

We are so much more relaxed with Monty, and we are making him totally ours.

... shore was made of pebble, but that didnt stop people from enjoying a day grilling out on beach. James and I went for a dip. Even though it was mid summer, the water was so cold you had to just dive in or it was never going to happen!
