      ... the night.

Today we enjoyed the beach at Kamari beach, a resort town, neat and tidy however, it is very close to the airport and planes coming in day and night. Once again an easy bus ride from Fira every 20 minutes and only 1.80 Euros. The trip back to Fira was a bit overloaded we had to stand everyone coming to town for the sunset. As the sun sets over the horizon we farewell Santorini and our memorable time in Greece tomorrow we fly to Prague.

The 4 of us reclimbed the mountain Jesse and I did but also actually got into the ruined city. We also took a more off the beaten path route that essentially had us climbing a 45* incline on rocks that kept falling apart under our feet. The ruins were alright... Success! And they were right about the food! Followed by a lovely drive to Oia, a walk around this beautiful ...

... of Santorini. We arrived in Fira about 20 minutes later. We explored it for a few hours. Sorry to say Santorini coming from Oia, Fira really is a let down. Yes it is pretty but my god Oia is amazing. These towns are like chalk and cheese. We are so glad we are staying in Oia, its stunning place. I think if you come here you should get a hotel that has a pool as its early October and its still quite hot. After a few hours we jumped back on the bus and ...

... too much for the boat to approach. So once again, we sat on the boat and waited while people had their swims.... are you getting the drift of this?? At least here we had the entertainment of watching spazzy tourists trying to jump into the sea and swim to the springs without getting their hair wet or their make up messed up.

Next we went to Thirrasia Island, but all we did was dock there for lunch and being a captive audience (which the ...
