There were 4 of us the hitchhikers in a car again, and we did over 100km within an hour. Frankly saying, we had again more good luck than we could have wished.

... obywateli! Ci drudzy to fantastyczni ludzie, którzy nieba ci uchylą, żeby ci pomóc. Pożegnaliśmy się w fantastycznych humorach i czas było znaleźć nocleg dla całej grupy 17tu osób. I wtedy spotkaliśmy paru Polaków - chłopaków pracujących w stoczni w Tulczy. Ja i jeszcze dwie osoby poszły z nimi w potencjalne miejsce na rozbicie się. Polana była tuż obok wyschłego stawu i nie wygląda ...

Ok, I am still very impressed of what I have seen there. It's really great to see how people succeded to conserve all their traditions and just to simply admire the way they're spending they're lifes ... so simple, but at the the same they are entirely satisfied and they don't wish for anything else.

... I did. Had good home cooked Romanian food. Atleast always at dinner. I admit that I nearly choked on breakfast one morning. I could not understand the name of the dish. I thought it important to know that name to be absolutely certain that I never ate it again. As best as I can figure out, it was pig skin and other sundry pig parts in aspic (gelatin from pig fat), with a thin layer of fat on top. Served cold. Now, keep in mind that the previous morning ...

After 25 hours of travelling, I arrived in Tulcea, on the Danube River. (Sorry Barbara and Shirley- I didn't listen). No major problem with jet lag.
