... little bit of everything from textiles to food, toys, pets, ... It was great getting lost in the narrow streets and wander through all the colourful stands ! At the end of the day, I'm very happy I got the opportunity to spend the day here ! Everything didn't go smoothly but where would be the fun if everything was always going according to plan ;-). When I first booked my flight, Qatar airways had only just released their direct to Edinburgh flight (you don't have to go through Heathrow to get to Scotland).

By all accounts, Doha is a baby Dubai.

The airport is huge and mostly empty at the moment, but as more people start flying through Qatar, it will handle the masses.
