... and hungry we found a nearby bar, had some dinner and then headed through the island to subway station. In the subway I remembered another station that had some interesting art, so we made a little detour to see it (here's a picture).
Finally, we arrived back to the hotel, had some tea and went to our beds :)
... to the photography museum, this was made quite long because we got lost and sat by the river for awhile, this was such a beautiful place to get lost. The photography museum was nothing to really write home about, naked ladies, self annihilation and the slums of Bombay were the 3 exhibits, they change their exhibits every 3-4 months though. We also saw the changing of the guard at the royal palace, had a waffle cone ...

From the canal tour, we headed back into Gamla Stan to have lunch in a cafe we had noticed the day before. Lunch was very good and we agreed we may have to return later for some dessert (it looked like they had an awesome Apple Strudel!).
