... Gegenwind landeteten.
Nach fast 2 Stunden warten im Flieger stand fest, dass der Flieger nicht nach Zürich zurückkehrt. Wir wurden in Busse verfrachtet und nach Zürich gefahren. Die Fahrt dauerte wegen dem starken Wind und Schneeregen fast 5 Stunden. Nun ja, um 18:00 Uhr waren wir doch noch in Zürich-Kloten und durften nun zum Abschluss noch mit dem Zug nach Thun fahren. Um Zehn fielen wir erschöpft in UNSERE eigenen Betten!

When we got home, we were all starving - playing can be hard work! We had some delicious lasagna and my other uncle Jürg and my Grandma and Grandpa came over as well to have coffee and dessert with us. We played with the girls some more and then it was already time to leave again. Grosvati (my Grandpa) and Jürg gave us a ride to the train station in their oldtimer cars - they're Sandra-sized, i.e. WAY too small for Brian (that's why we went in two cars ;-)).

A weekend at the Crazy Cow
... had a flight and hotel deal - the hotel being the Crazy Cow. It was comfortable enough once you got past the theme park/summer camp atmosphere of cows, cowbells, milk pitchers and tables shaped like Swiss cheese. It was good to get away. We were able to take 4 days , Fri-Mon. Zurich was very cold, very expensive, very beautiful and (this was particularly appreciated) very clean and well-run. ...
Our Favorite city in Europe: INTERLAKEN!
... Some were small and some were gigantic... absolutely amazing to say the least. The next day Chrissy and I were supposed to go canyoning together, but due to an allergic reaction in Chrissy's eyes, she couldn't make it because she had to wear her glasses. We decided that I should go and if she could go later, she would. So that's just what happened. We went on seperate days, but we both thought it was AWESOME! For those of you who are wondering ...
